How does facebook advertising work? I know they are using my information, because I get stuff about Unitarian Universalism and gay stuff, but I also get conservative political ads and suggestions to get my master’s at a nearby university which is NOT the one I go to.

The summer semester starts tomorrow. Well, technically it started today, but that was just my online class so fuck the police I’m not starting on that just yet. No, tomorrow I start the class I was supposed to have had this spring, but it was cancelled. So it was decided that we should take it in the summer. On Fridays. For five hours. The idea of it is still pretty fucking hilarious to me, but I may feel differently once we get about forty minutes in…

someone called for a rant bingo with a FREEDOM SQUARE
Nice. BBC Sherlock was already in development before Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes was released, so you can’t really call that “cashing in”, but otherwise A+
also, iron patriot is in iron man 3, apparently. instead of norman osborn, though, we’ll be getting eric salvia (coldblood, played by james dale badge) wearing it. sorta reminds me of the whole detroit steel situation, actually :o
My concern about this is I thought they specifically didn’t want another “iron suit vs. iron suit” thing going on, like in Iron Man 2.
“Iron Patriot”? Is that Captain America in an Iron Man suit? Or is it Captain America and Iron Man’s secret sci-fi lovechild?
